Inspired by his late mother, Emma-Jean Washington’s ability to create distinguished and mouth-watering dishes, Chef Jackson first began his culinary career as a lead cook at the Marriott Hotel in Miami, FL. It was here that his passion for food and desire for culinary excellence began to thrive. Chef Jackson worked his way up the ranks of the food service industry, while at the same time gaining knowledge of its’ many aspects.
With over twenty years of experience under his belt, Chef Jackson is a certified Executive and Personal Chef. His goals are to provide the highest quality cuisines and service possible.
Chef Jackson specializes in Caribbean cuisine, Cajun & Creole cuisine, and down-home Southern comfort food. Whatever your desired tastes, he customizes his menu especially for YOU to meet all of your particular needs and tastes.
